Deborah Genovesi-Fabulous With Fibro Return, Refunds, Cancellation Policies
For any products that are delivered electronically and immediately (such as a home-study program), there are no returns, refunds or cancellations permitted. Coaching Sessions, Coaching Packages and VIP Intensive training days and half-days and any other trainings that include in-person or phone interaction with Deborah are not eligible for return or refund once they have occurred.
Coaching Sessions, Coaching Packages and VIP Intensive training days and half-days may be cancelled and refunded only with written notice to FabWithFibro@gmail.com and at least 14 business days in advance of the first scheduled training.
If an emergency cancellation of a service is necessary in less than 14 business days prior to the training day, the session will be rescheduled.Regardless of when the service is rescheduled, any non-refundable travel costs incurred by Fabulous With Fibro and associated with a training session that is rescheduled, will be passed along to the Client and Client will be responsible for payment. Any fees to change travel arrangements (such as an airline ticket change fee) that have been rescheduled will be the Client’s responsibility.
