As you may have seen when my weight loss story was featured on the Rachael Ray Show, I used protein shakes for breakfast as one strategy to lose 70 lbs and keep it off. My favorite is JJ Virgin’s plant-based, “All-in-One” Chai flavored shake, but the other flavors are also yummy.
It’s not a requirement to drink a protein shake, but if you choose to add one to your diet, this is the healthiest one around. It’s low-sugar and completely free of the top allergenic foods (like gluten, whey, soy and egg) that are often found in other shakes.
This helpful guide allows you to choose the best plan for you and incorporates effective anxiety-busting foods and nutrients. You’ll soon be on the path to freeing yourself from anxiety – and enjoying an improved overall mood, better sleep, fewer cravings, and optimal health – the natural way! The book also includes an easy-to-use index.

The Dirty Dozen: The items listed on the Dirty Dozen have been found to have the highest levels of harmful chemicals and pesticide residue. When budget allows, try to always buy organic from this list.
The veggies and fruits listed on the Clean 15 tend to have the lowest levels of harmful substances, so if budget is tight, it is not as crucial to buy these organic. Although organic is always the safer choice, work with your budget and remember, any vegetables are better than NO vegetables. Download the pdf.
